Do I need to connect my eBay account?+
Yes — you connect your eBay account once, and your listings, orders, fees and payouts come in automatically from then on. Supplier costs arrive alongside them, so an order shows what it made, not just what it sold for.
How does it know my costs?+
Your real supplier cost arrives three ways — captured automatically from your Amazon and AliExpress orders, read from supplier invoices you upload, or entered by you as stock — and is matched to the right eBay sale. When a cost is missing, it says so rather than guessing.
What happens if I go over my order limit?+
You’ll never lose data — storing everything comes first. We’ll warn you clearly and prompt an upgrade, not silently break your month.
Is my buyers’ data safe?+
Buyer details are kept only while an order is live business — through the returns and dispute window — then scrubbed. We never sell data. See our Privacy Policy.
Can my accountant use it?+
Yes. Export a CSV they can import or a branded PDF for any period, including your financial year.
